"I believe that the counseling process is the basis from which change can occur. It is my desire to create a safe relationship where individuals feel that their experiences are understood and accepted. When the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, compassion, understanding and acceptance, individuals are able to feel supported to make positive changes in their lives. I specialize in working with children, teens, and their families. My office space includes a well-equipped play therapy room. Parents and guardians are provided psychoeducation throughout the counseling process to ensure the family system learns together."

"My goal as a therapist is to create a respectful, compassionate, safe, and nurturing environment where you will feel comfortable working through the challenges that are negatively impacting your life. Individual therapy can be a journey focused on healing and self-discovery. It can also simply be a place to start to learn and practice new tools/skills for addressing challenges that are currently affecting your daily life. I believe that everyone can make positive changes to improve their quality of life. I work from a Strengths-based approach and incorporate a range of therapy techniques including CBT, DBT skills, Mindfulness, and EFT. I will work with you to explore which techniques will best meet your specific needs. It takes courage to reach out for help. I believe that is an excellent place to begin. I look forward to meeting you!"

"Life experiences and transitions influence the way we live, and can be the main reason we are experiencing the types of distress we find ourselves in.  They force us to let go of the familiar and face the future with a feeling of vulnerability.  We can experience great loss, fear, and not knowing where or who to turn to. I would be honored to be with you during this vulnerable time and be a part of your growth, transition, and healing.  I am genuine in my approach and feel the connection between a therapist and client can be hugely transformative.  I look forward to walking with you on your journey."

"Trauma, anxiety, grief, burn-out, relational and family stress can keep you from living your life to its full potential. While difficult and stressful experiences are unavoidable in life, there is a way for you to find joy, purpose, and passion again with the right support. I offer compassionate counseling services for adults and couples in supporting them to find their way through difficult life circumstances. I utilize mindfulness, ‘bottom-up’,
experiential, and somatic counseling modalities including Hakomi and Lifespan Integration to help access the body’s wisdom and self-corrective nature in healing."

Equity-Based Sliding Scale
If you are interested in paying out-of-pocket for services, I utilize an equity-based sliding scale.
Tier Three – $225
If you are financially comfortable, with no real worries about monetary matters, have savings, can afford to treat yourself to holidays etc. I would ask that you would pay the full price.
Tier Two – $180
If you have a steady income, need to be responsible about your spending but with care are able to plan ahead and budget or save for new purchases, holidays etc. I would ask that you pay this reduced price
Tier One – $135
If you frequently stress about finances, dealing with debt, paying everyday bills and have irregular income this is the category you would fall into.
