Welcome!
Thank you for visiting CenterPointe Therapists, LLC

We are a group of professional mental health and wellness practitioners who look forward to serving our clients and patients in a strength-based and collaborative approach. Working together, we can help facilitate the changes you desire.

We are...Person Centered and Solution Focused

Our desire is to help you make healthy changes in your life.
Understanding your behavior patterns, improving communication skills and self-esteem, adjusting to transitions, and finding more effective coping skills are all steps in developing a healthy, fulfilling life.

We understand... the need for feeling safe and supported

Meeting clients and patients where they are in a non-judgmental, and authentic manner, the therapeutic relationship naturally grows. With a secure therapeutic relationship in place, therapy moves towards desired goals.

We work... with the brain's plasticity

We implement therapy that accesses both the left and right hemispheres to better integrate learning new ways to cope and heal. We acknowledge the body-brain connection. Our practitioners use a collaborative and client centered approach to promote healing the whole body.

We encourage...creative exploration and expression

We believe that compassion, patience, humor, and creative expression are vital human qualities that can be strengthened in the therapeutic process. We offer all our clients (adults and children) time for creative exploration using a variety of supplies, material and media.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Our therapists are trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that works with both hemispheres of the brain. Targeting specific traumatic memories. EMDR combines cognitive, emotional, and somatic processing with neurological bi-lateral stimulation to reduce the levels of distress.

                                                                    GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE INFORMATION

As of January 1, 2022 a new federal law called the "No Surprise Act" went into effect. Under this law, all health care providers, including mental health therapists, are required to provide patients/clients who do not have insurance or choose not to use their insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
